Recipes in this section are cooked over a stove like a Normal Person who has a Normal Kitchen (i.e. non-vandweller).
The toaster oven is small but otherwise similar to a regular oven. To stay within the bounds of my existing electrical infrastructure I typically derate the oven to 600w.
I use the toaster oven maybe 1x/week or so, usually for things like store-bought pizzas, tater tots, fish sticks and other comfort foods from my mis-spent youth in the trailer park. :-)
baked chicken
preheat to 350F
bake for 1 hour, turning pan at halfway

based on this recipe

preheat oven to 400F
combine:
3/4 cup milk
(or 172g water + 18g powdered milk or 14.4g powdered buttermilk)
59g water
39g oil
8g salt
boil the above and pour onto
240g tapioca flour
mix thoroughly
add 1 egg, allow to mix
mix in 40g parmesan
mix in 113g shredded cheese
form into golfball sized lumps
bake for 15-20mins
