out of the neck brace

Tomorrow (Oct 16th) will mark 7 weeks since I was released from the hospital. Last Friday was 6 weeks when I was allowed to take off the hard collar; that’s been going well. There is still some ache but no sharp pain. I have run through the 30d supply of meds and doing well without them.

Dog and I are back up to 2mi/day walk.
