RVwiki restoration

Over the last few days the RVwiki was modifed by spammers from eastern Europe.   It’s one of the disadvantages of crowdsourcing information (and my inattention to secure configuration).  The pages had text like this added:

wytyczne zakladow bukmacherskich przeczytaj niby grac u bukmachera

which appears to be Polish.  This makes sense as the links led mainly to .pl URLS with a few .ru sprinkled in.

I removed the spam, deleted the 1000+ bogus accounts, and locked down the wiki to allow only manual registration.
