dry lake in California, checkup

This is the Joshua Tree north BLM area outside 29 Palms.  It’s a dry lake bed.  Pic taken from a hill dog and I I climbed for cardio.  For scale, the van is the white spot near the left edge.

Last think I did before leaving ELP was donate blood for my annual exam.  The actual appt was scheduled for the 21st but I converted it to a phone call.

All is well with my numbers.  No change in anything except my bad cholesterol is down a bit.  I still need to lose a bit of weight.  I weigh 212# now and like to be around 185.  More hiking!
