Respectfully, I suggest that if one is certain of the facts of a situation including the ID of the suspect, one will publish it on a venue where all risk of defamation falls upon oneself.  It takes about 60 seconds and no tech skills to set up a free wordpress blog.

Insisting some other (non-police) actor publish the information reveals _un_certainty about the facts.
